Insurance Information

    We Submit Claims for all PPO Insurance

We are an open network practice; we accept all PPO Dental Insurance (We do not participate in any in-network plan).
For Delta Dental, patients will pay in full at time of service and Delta will send a check to the patient directly. We have a dedicated insurance billing department that will send all claims and get you the highest reimbursement. We offer special pricing for Medicare and Medical/Dentical patients. Care Credit is accepted for up to 12 months with no interest.


As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
**Note that if your dental insurance carrier is not listed here, we will still submit claims to your benefit provider.Unfortunately, we do not provide benefits for Medicare/Medical recipients.
